KHWP has a democratically elected Board by its members. The Ministry of Textiles has its representation on KHWP board through The Deputy Commissioner for Regional Textiles, Coimbatore.
All decisions are collectively discussed with its members and are bound unanimously to resolutions passed by KHWP Board.
